Salsa
Ingredients:
7 cups (875 ml) Italian tomatoes
(diced)
6 to 8 Jalapeno peppers finely chopped
1 cup (125 ml) diced green pepper
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 can of tomato paste
¾
cup (175 ml) white vinegar
A dash of coriander
½
teaspoon (2.5 ml) of cumin (curcuma)
Salt and pepper
Crusted bread
Preparation:
Put all in a pan. Simmer 30
minutes on low heat.
Jar it and sterilize 30 minutes in boiling water.
