Strawberries jam
Ingredients:
4 cups (1 L) strawberries
4 cups (1 L) sugar
3 tablespoons (45 ml) lemon juice
Preparation:
In a pan, mix 250 ml ( 1 cup)
of strawberry and 250 ml ( 1 cup) of sugar.
Repeat with the rest of strawberries and sugar.
Bring and simmer 9 minutes, by stirring the least possible.
Remove from the fire and add the juice of lemon.
Let rest all night (Do not let rest in a metal dish).
The next day, boil with high heat than simmer 9 minutes on low
fire. Remove from the fire.
Foam it and pour the still warm jam into sterilized jars or let
it cool off and put in a deep plastic dish in the freeze.
