Gratin of Buttercup

Ingredients:

1 squash Buttercup or Marrow or Ambercup
3 cups (750 ml) salted milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh cream
Bread-crumbs
Grated Swiss cheese

Preparation:

Peel and remove seeds.

Dice the squash and cook in the salted milk.

Verify the level of liquid and do not let stick in the pan.

Reduce to puree, add some cream according to the taste.

Pour in a buttered "gratin dish", sprinkle with bread-crumbs and with Swiss cheese.

Brown in the oven.
