Italian Spaghetti
squash
Ingredients:
1 Spaghetti squash
Spaghetti sauce for 4 persons
Preparation:
Cut squash length wise. Remove
seeds.
Cook until strands get loose (40 - 50 min in the oven in 180°C
(350°F) or 12 in 15 min in the microwaves).
Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
Variants:
- Add some cheese under the warm sauce.
- Squash '' au gratin''.
- Sauce: Cook garlic, add cubes of tomatoes and basil.
