Acorn in maple syrup
Ingredients:
1 Pepper squash (Acorn) or
Ambercup
1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter
1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup
Cinnamon
Preparation:
Cut in two, remove seeds and
membrane.
Butter the inside and put the maple syrup into the cavity.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook in the oven in 180°C (350°F) from 45 to 60 minutes,
until the pulp is well soft.
