Béchamel
squash
Ingredients:
1 squash (Marrow or Buttercup
or Butternut or Giraumont.
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) béchamel sauce
Grated Swiss cheese
Preparation:
Cut the squash in ¾''
inches cubes. Cook in the steam.
Put in a oven dish, add the sauce béchamel and sprinkle
with cheese.
Cook in the oven 20 min at 180°C (350°F).
Variant : - Make a nest of rice. Add the squash, the béchamel
sauce and the cheese.
